Pastor Josh Koelpin has served Harbor Lutheran Church since it started in 2023. He
holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Languages from Martin Luther College in New Ulm,
MN, and a Master of Divinity from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in Mequon, WI.
Before planting Harbor, Pastor Josh served as a ministry intern at Grace Lutheran
Church in Falls Church, VA, and has been involved in a variety of ministry settings from
Milwaukee to Mexico.
Pastor Josh and his family are grateful to call Camberville their home.
